This is a commission-based role with one of the most competitive structures in the industry. For driven individuals, there’s the potential to earn $200,000 or more in your first year.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including lead generation and upselling of roofing products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information and solutions to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in roofing solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the roofing industry.
- Strong skills in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage accounts effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to upsell products and services based on client needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
